Details:   Existing coatings applied to the floor were delaminating. Loading bays and other walkways that had become slippery and industrial strength anti-slip products were required. AC Property Management removed all existing coatings, primer the floor with two coats of a two pack epoxy sealer (Temaflor 210) then applied one thick topcoat of two pack epoxy floor paint in grey (Temaflor P300) with a coarse anti-slip grit scattered into the coating (Rust-oleum NS300).
