Can be used as a clear penetrating primer/sealer on friable or porous concrete before topcoating with PaintShop P300.

On raw porous concrete floors it is generally recommended to apply two coats of primer sealer before applying your epoxy topcoat. If the floor is is quite dense and isn''t chalky or friable then one coat may suffice.

Coverage: the 15 litre tin will cover an area of approximately 50 square meters with two coats (or a 90 square meter area with just one coat).
